  1. Attend to emergency incidents;

i) To protect people’s lives during road traffic accidents, house fires and any life threating situation.

Ii) To protect people’s property from damage by fires, floods and any natural disasters

iii) To render humanitarian services e.g. assist in rescue during drowning

  1. Conduct Fire Safety Inspections

  2. Conduct Basic Fire Awareness Training

  3. Carry out investigations and provide reports after incidents
